Wanted: 3 Awesome Housemates
LOCATION:
-106 West Madison
-on the edge of Ann Arbor's historic Old West Side, a classic walkable neighborhood
-1 block from South Main Market, Leopold Bros. brewpub (best jukebox in town), and Washtenaw Dairy (ice cream)
-2 blocks from Downtown
-5 blocks from Central Campus & UM bus line
-on AATA bus line & 3 blocks from Blake Transit Center for easy access to North Campus, Ypsilanti, and suburbia
SPECS:
-1920s Dutch colonial home in excellent condition
-large front porch (watch/interact with your neighbors/random pedestrians!)
-hardwood floors

-living room
-good-sized kitchen

-Brandon: Master of Urban Planning student who also digs obscure local bands, bars, coffee, local political activism, and being a pedestrian (even though he owns a car… what a hypocrite)
-Heidi: Medieval History Ph.D. student who cooks really amazing food and also watches a lot of Law and Order
-Dale: Architectural History Ph.D. student who likes rowing, The Simpsons, and being goofy in addition to playing Mr. Fix-It
